Bio
BACKGROUND
Lino was born in 1988 in Frankfurt and grew up in Bad Homburg. After receiving his BSc in Business Administration from the University of Duisburg-Essen in spring 2012 and a semester at Universidad de Granada, he moved to Regensburg to take a MSc in Economics (autumn 2014) and then a PhD in Economic History (autumn 2020). He is currently working in a DFG-funded project on financial media sentiment (see here). During his studies, he received a scholarship from the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes, his book on the German Council of Economic Experts was awarded with the Friedrich Lütge Prize.
